The big news today is the freeing of the remaining living Israeli hostages. Strictly going by the news coverage from The Daily Mail, one might come away believing that certain lives are more valuable than others.
With this big news story, it only makes sense that U.S. president Donald Trump would appear before the Israeli Knesset to report in to his supervisors. Job well done Mr. President, Israel really appreciates you.
Meanwhile in America, things aren’t looking so good. The one thing the government keeps pointing to in order to attempt to gaslight the public into believing that the economy is actually doing fine is the stock market. With Trump’s latest threat to essentially double the price of most everything for average Americans via tariffs, the stock market has taken a turn for the worse. If this doesn’t turn around, what are they going to have left to point to in order to claim that things are fine?
All races have stereotypes when it comes to how they view other races. While these views can oftentimes bear an element of truth, there are always going to be exceptions to the stereotypical rule. When it comes to Asian people (“Asian” as in the American use of the term, not the British one), white people tend to hold a view that Asians are the “smart race”. However TikToker Cassidy Cho is on a one woman crusade to prove this stereotype wrong.
